Label delivery driving directly
Choose Business as the trip type and Delivery as the business purpose. Enter the mileage, select the date, and add notes when useful.
Using a consistent label makes it easier to review delivery records separately from other business activity.
Keep common delivery expenses visible
Record fuel, parking, tolls, meals, supplies, and other costs. The expense view shows the monthly total and the share represented by each category.
This is useful for reviewing your own records, but it does not determine tax treatment or eligibility.
Use summaries to catch gaps
Weekly and monthly mileage totals can reveal days or shifts that may be missing. Review recent entries while the routes and details are still familiar.
The trip list also keeps business-purpose labels visible so records are easier to recognize.
Export a period that matches your workflow
Choose this month, last month, year to date, all time, or a custom range when creating reports.
CSV works well for spreadsheets; PDF provides a clean summary. Save a local backup file regularly to help protect the underlying records.
